§1 General provisions
1. The data controller is Gospodarstwo Sadownicze Zbigniew Pietrzycki, with its registered office in 05-660 Warka, Konary 92, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, NIP: 797-127-18-11, REGON 672798121. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and they are stored on secured servers.
2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
3. In order to ensure data privacy and security, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
4. All personal data of Customers are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
5. The privacy policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is effective from 05/07/2018.
§2 Purpose and scope of data collection
1. The Seller is the administrator of the Customers’ personal data.
2. Personal data of Customers are collected and processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed in the Online Store or, if the Customer consents, also for marketing purposes.
3. Customers' personal data are processed:
a. in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish and shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly implement the Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests, and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject,
e. to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the will expressed by the Client.
4. The customer has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6. The Administrator has the right to process the personal data of Customers after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national, EU or international law obliges the retention of data.
7. The Administrator has the right to disclose the Client’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable law, e.g. law enforcement authorities.
8. The Administrator does not disclose Customers’ personal data to other entities, with the exception of those authorized under applicable law.
9. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
§3 Cookies
1. The edu.naszatlocznia.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the www server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites. The information collected concerns the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about time and date, location and information sent to the site via the contact form.
2. The Seller's website uses the following cookies:
a. "essential" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website,
b. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the scope of authentication within the service,
c. "performance" cookies, which enable the collection of information on how the website pages are used,
d. "functional" cookies, which enable "remembering" the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region the user comes from, font size, appearance of the website,
e. "advertising" cookies, which enable the provision of advertising content to users that is more tailored to their interests.
3. The customer may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in their web browser.
4. Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, are collected by the Administrator only in places where the user has expressly consented to this by completing the form.
